Jeanne is a trailblazer who knows what it’s like to be one of the only women in the room. After graduating from Wharton, Jeanne was one of the few females in investment banking and one of the early females in private equity. Now, with over 30 years of experience in investing, consulting, and serving on boards, Jeanne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Village Search Partners. While in private equity, Jeanne invested in small and medium-sized businesses across a variety of industries where she sourced, acquired, and provided operating guidance and Board oversight to management teams. She then consulted with businesses and had the opportunity to function as the CFO of a startup. Jeanne’s extensive background, along with her upbringing in a family business, has equipped her with a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape, including the challenges and opportunities that come with it.

Her passion for supporting female entrepreneurs is deeply personal. She is motivated by a desire to break down barriers for her daughters and to create opportunities for future generations of women leaders. Having a strong understanding of the power of community, she co-created the Women Searchers Community. This group boasts over 375 members and fosters a supportive ecosystem for women searchers. Through networking, speaking at events and hosting coffee chats, Jeanne has become the “go-to” person for talented female searchers. Jeanne lives by the work hard, play hard motto. When not working, you can find her golfing with her husband, taking power yoga classes with her daughters, walking her dog Curry (yes, she is a Warriors fan!), playing tennis or hiking with friends (or searchers). She also loves to travel and has been fortunate to explore all seven continents.
